Chef Daniel Sutch

Proprietors Rachael and Daniel Sutch have been owners of Dining Room Restaurant since April 2009. It is run as an independent business within The Rene Mackintosh House and Galleries, Derngate, Northampton. They share the responsibilities of running the business. Chef Daniel Sutch concerns himself with the preparation of food, and has a special interest in developing new items to include in the selection of pastries and savouries available for the Afternoon Teas. Rachael Sutch is responsible for overall Management of the Restaurant as well as her duties front of house.
